One of My Sucesses

So I decided to experiment with what I had for dinner the other night and it was so successful I'm making it again tomorrow night for a dinner party. This is a picture of Micki's version of Chicken Parmesan with mozzarella instead of parmesan and squash in the sauce that only Evie and I enjoyed because Seth was too chicken (no pun intended).
