Grape Girl

I took these pictures today while Evie was eating lunch. She looked so cute! I've discovered that her most recent favorite food are grapes.  She "asks" for them at almost every meal now.

First time swinging...ever!

On my last day teaching in Heber there was a mishap with the store keys and I had to kill some time so Evie and I went to the park and she enjoyed her first time on a swing! She fought me the whole time when I was trying to get her in the swing so it took me a long time. After she was in I couldn't get her to sit up, she just wanted to "superman" it by leaning forward. I gave up after a minute and enjoyed watching her try to figure out what the point of it was. She started liking it (obviously) and had a really good time! In the end I was really glad we were able to spend some time together at the park! Its funny how mishaps turn into great things sometimes.

She was so tired but not wanting to stop playing so Seth swung with her on the swing and she really enjoyed herself.

Learning to Walk

Evie is getting so good at teaching herself how to walk and she wants to do it everywhere we go. Here is Seth helping her walk with the bike.

I love taking pictures and videos of Seth playing with Evie because it melts my heart and makes me realize what an awesome husband I have! Here he is giving her her first bike ride and she loves it!

So I've been painting picture frames and other little things for accents for my living room decor. I wanted to do an artsy type picture of one of Evie's hands and feet but she didn't make that very easy. It turned out kinda sloppy but I still think it looks cute. Yet, the cutest part is how she painted herself in the process.
